Apple Contract Catering Limited over the
last 3 years to develop a comprehensive contract
catering management system. The joint project
has led to the creation of a system that can
be intergrated with Sage Line 50 and other
catering accounting software packages.
In addition to
holding financial information such as sales,
purchases, staffing hours, takings, the
system's dynamic functionality means adding
a new contract or unit is literally a 30 second
task.
Delivered over
the internet or private network, expansion
is free - there are no software costs for
additional users, clients or new accounts.
The flexibility
of the system enables head office to control
suppliers, and monitor hourly purchases and
takings, run reports, create charts, look
at and restrict user access via IP address,
time of Day, Day of Week all combined with
a tiered password security. The tiered username
and password system allows different user
levels for 3rd parties (such as clients),
staff, managers, area managers, and Head Office.
